I've had my pinball for about a year now and the 'Database' feature has popped up a whopping 3 times. I know the feature works as it has come up and the light for it lights up fine on Payback Time, Multi-Ball, etc. Does anyone know if there is a setting that I have wrong? I am pretty sure the feature should come up more than 3 times in about 500 games! Also has me wondering about the 'Special' feature on the outer ball drops. I was getting Database feature all the time until the pulled off the drop target assembly to clean. There's a switch attached to the bottom of the assembly. The switch is called 'Drop Target' in Test. If the switch is not triggered when the drop target under the skull is hit you will not get the database to light. Futura Pt Font Family more.

As royce6135 said, Database is lit after activating lock (dropping the drop target) but before loading the cannon. My switch was not being triggered when I put the drop target assembly back on and therefor Database was never lighting.
