How do I get the weather in without planning a flight? Do I load the flight on FSX first and then load the REX textures or do I load REX textures whilst on the main menu in fsx then begin the flight?as was first stated.read the manual.

When installed correctly, REX will automatically find your FSX installation. It will override the onboard FSX Real WX engine and use its own, which I believe is derived from NOAA sources.
