Its ok, nothing different from demo 1 in all honesty, well I dont notice any, One thing that does need implmenting is a better ai for football life modes, and a ai error system, its too perfectnot even top class real life players are perfect all game every game they make mistakes, the ai doesnt and it needs some sort of detail to it. I hoped the ai in become modes would be changed but after seeing exhibition I dont see it being any different, a 3 match demo of these modes would of been nice in the demo, the demo doesnt show us anything of what some really want, an insight to how the ai plays in all modes not just exhibitionthey really should take a leaf out of fifas book as to how a demo should be done, this may sound harsh but its trueat least they know what there paying for when they buy fifa, pes users dont. I find this 2nd demo a bit hard. Like someone before me already said computer AI is a tad too perfect, also I usually play professionist, and in order to make it an even game without losing 4 – 1 against the computer all the time I gotta concentrate like if my life depended on it and take stimulants (kidding) so I switch to regular and that’s to easy.
Maybe I’m being anal, I’m sure with some practice I’ll be able to make the best out of professional, although I do think that it was too easy to defend in pes 2011, sometimes it seems really really hard to defend in pes 2012 also scoring at professional level is tough, but I guess that’s good cause I’ll spend more time at trying to improve and I won’t get tired of the game. Looking at FIFA, the only thing I can say as an adult person is FIFA have bad graphics, goals are scored too easily, defenses are very bad and this is football, not waterpolo. FIFA have better commentators, licenses for some leagues and that’s it.
Both games have bugs, that’s the truth. PES should use FIFA ratings ‘cos you have overrated teams on PES like AC Milan, Inter, Real Madrid, who didn’t deserve what they are getting and on the other hand underrated teams like Manchester United who are achieved some trophies and finals but still not getting deserved ratings in last couple of years. Someone in KONAMI team really are biased towards Serie A clubs, that is obvious. Something else, even FIFA ratings are bad considering how some players playing and still they are underrated because they haven’t status “world-class players” or “superstar” like Robinho who is average player just like some oldies like Seedorf, Pirlo, Ibrahimovic, Buffon, Valdes, Cassilas, Lass Diarra, Kaka – all overrated and so many of them more!!!
But look at Phil Jones, Tom Cleverley, Welbeck, De Gea or Smalling for example, they are not so called “world class” and it doesn’t matter how they play, they are just UNDERRATED!!! And that’s the truth and you know it!!! Yeah, that’s pretty much true, I also find that some young players have their stats all mixed up. I don’t wanna sound like I’m lecturing konami, as I love pes (and pes 2012 looks like the game has finally took a giant leap forward), but how can players such as menez or lamela, and many other younger ones have poor speed just to allow them to grow in the future. A player can improve mentality, attack, even ball control (to some extent) but no way their gonna become faster at 23 or 24, actually a 19 -20 year old player is probably at his best in terms of speed I just find it a bit awkward. Still, the second demo really kicks ass in my opinion.
