When I hear the drone of the final song from 'To Each', Winter Hill, it kick my head in with its beat,Yes, I know that I'm on my way into another brilliant release from Manchester's A Certain Ratio.Martin Hannett once again sets the scene behind the board as he did oh so well from some of those other Factory geezers.
